With over 27 years of experience as a public procurement professional, Ms. Coss continues to support the advancement of public procurement as a renowned author, speaker, coach, teacher, trainer, and consultant. Most recently, she received the prestigious Integrity Award from NIGP during the 2018 NIGP Forum. Furthermore, her commitment is exemplified through her active involvement with The Global Council for the Advancement of Women in Procurement (@GCAWP). The group provides an information exchange, a discussion forum, and a voice for all women involved in the professions of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain.

Throughout her career in public procurement, Ms. Coss has successfully led organizational transformations resulting in substantial cost savings, operational efficiencies, legislative changes, automation, and enhanced staff performance. She has also authored several public policies, many of which were institutionalized. Procurement is a basic function essential to the success of any organization and we are proud to have Ms.Coss’ expertise to help guide us and lead us to success.
