The Account Devices page is just one example of where we’ve enhanced the search options. Easily search for devices by location, user assignment or coverage type.

ENHANCED FUNCTIONALITY

Account Devices > Quick Tasks

  • Quickly perform the most common tasks for a device by using the Quick Tasks menu on the Account Devices page.
  • Select whether you want to input meter reads, order supplies, request service, or submit a support request, and a new window will open to complete your action.

Meter Read History > Invoice Correction

  • Is there a discrepancy with your meter reads? Let us know by expanding the next to the impacted serial number on the Meter Read History page.
  • Select the invoice number, input the current meter read and date, include any comments, and submit.
  • A confirmation number will appear and your inquiry will be sent directly to a Canon representative.

Order Details, Invoices and Shipment Tracking

  • View your order details and invoices as well as track shipments with a click of a button.

NEW FEATURES

New Registration Process

  • User Registration
    Are you the Business Administrator of your account and need to register users? You now have the ability to register a single user or multiple users through a registration template. Access the User Registration page under the Account Management menu.
  • Single User Registration
    Business Administrators can register individual users and designate eManage access levels. Upon submission, the registration will be processed automatically and the new user will receive their user name and password via the email address provided at the time of registration.
  • Multiple User Registration
    Up to 50 users can be registered at one time using the registration template. Enter user details, access requirements, and indicate if all devices are to be assigned to the user or if they will be manually assigned post registration. Once the registration template is uploaded, you will receive confirmation that it has been completed successfully.

Equipment Request offers in-depth product details and an easy way to have a representative contact you with more information.

You can report your meter readings* via the internet. No more postcards to keep track of or mail back. No more faxes, addresses or dates to remember. We will even remind you by email when a reading is coming due. Each month, just collect the meter readings the way you usually do and log on to your personal, secure web page.
*Ensure accurate billing by providing your meter reads within five days of your billing cycle
